I am proud to work serving our nation.  My wife dos not work but stays at home to take care of our brain-injured teenager.  We hired a general contractor to build our dream home would provide space for our unique homes schooling and physical therapy needs.  Our general contractor abandoned the job and we later found out he botched the job.  Despite our best efforts to check on the progress daily the roof leaked, he cut floor trusses, and did not flow the very detailed plans.

We filed a complainant gains the contractor with the state licensing board and they found him guilty of abandonment and several other charges and fined him, but that did not help us.

So we filed a claim against his Goliath insurance company.  They refused to pay the claim unless we got a judgement against him in a court of law.  Then they hired an attorney to defend him.  His defense - he now denies he was ever the general contractor and denies other contractors that worked on his behalf were his subcontractors.

His insurance company has billions of dollars to fight us and we have exhausted our life's savings trying to bring him to justice.  We need help for temporary housing, and legal fees.
