My name is Sarah Lively, Quinn's wife. We have been married a little over a year and I have never been more in love or rather thought that I would ever be in love so deeply and purely with someone as I am with Quinn. He is the bees knees. He definitely doesn't deserve to have charges that should have remained in sessions court now be changed to federal charges strictly based on past mistakes and several officers, judges and guards continual propensity to make sure he will never have a future. Ricky has never been perfect by any means but he has paid his debt both physically and emotionally. He has maintained sobriety for over a year and has also maintained a job that he loves and takes pride in. For once he actually can be proud of who he is because he has tried so hard. Ricky and I were driving my fathers truck to move and my dad just so happened to forget his shotgun(that he took to the range earlier that day) in the back floor board. We had no idea. We got pulled over and again the police officer that pulled us over didn't care for Quinn. He was arrested for a felon with a firearm, however I am also a felon and I wasn't even detained or questioned. My father has testified for the grand jury but that was done before the federal government thought they should pick it up. There is a $15,000 retainer for an attorney in Chattanooga that deals with these cases, Garth Best.  I don't know how we will ever come up with that alone. Any contribution is always appreciated and please pass on my story. This literally could have happened to our sons, daughters or ourselves.
