Hi I'm Justin Osborne and I live in Baltimore, MD.  I'm a father of two brilliant children, that I love dearly.  They have been the focus of all I do.  The first night we brought both of them home from the hospital, I spent the night on their floors, just to make sure that we all woke up happy the next morning.

Over this past year my soon-to-be ex-wife and I have had a contentious separation.  Even with evidence of lies, financial manipulation, malicious mother syndrome and parental alienation, the courts have awarded her full legal and physical custody.  All due to me not having enough money for proper representation.  My heart is broken.  I miss my kids so much.

Unfortunately family court runs under a different directive than the constitution of the United States, and many of our fathers' rights are discarded to finance state coffers and many social justice programs.  Which in this case, amounts to an abuse of process, many alienated fathers are forced to endure.

I can't be the only loving father going through this nightmare.  I want to win back my good name and future, win back my personal property, and maybe someday, win back the love of my children.  I refuse to give up on my truth.  It's all I have left.

I want other fathers and loved ones going through this, to help me, to raise awareness to all of our benefit.  I want 50/50 presumed custody to become the norm. I want family court reform. I want reform of title IV to benefit the families, not the state. I want false accusers and alienators penalized.  Most of all I want our voices to be heard.  I urge anyone to join a fathers' rights group and become active in the process.

With this legal fund, I will hire a renowned Baltimore fathers' rights attorney to represent me. And I plan to post about it on social media for all my financial supporters to share.  This fight belongs to all of us.

Please donate what you can, $5, $10 $20.  Every little bit helps.  And time is short.  I can't thank you enough.

With your financial support, I will raise my voice and be heard.  Reform can happen.  Let's prove it.  Stand by our grieving fathers and loved ones. Give us hope for the future.  And one day we can hopefully pay it forward.  Thank you for reading.  Sincerely, Justin.
