Charles David Scoville, a young, single father with full custody of his son, needed a job where he could work from home. He studied and finally launched a very successful advertising business online, Traffic Monsoon. Not only did the business provide for my son, Charles, and my grandson, it helped thousands of people in numerous countries.

Charles’ situation took a terrible turn on July 26, 2016. The Securities and Exchange charged him with security fraud and seized all of his personal and business assets. He had nothing with which to defend himself from this false charge that could not only ruin Traffic Monsoon but his life. Losing this civil case could open him up to further lawsuits that possibly could lead to prison. Friends and family rallied to secure a qualified and experienced legal team, which is essential to winning against the SEC.

The SEC’s receiver is paid out of Charles’ funds, but Charles does not have access to them himself. With such disproportionate odds against Charles, I am asking for your help to secure justice for Charles in a very winnable case. Funds raised in this campaign will go to “Scoville Legal Defense Fund” my husband and I set up for Charles. My husband or I will send the funds to Charles’ legal team. We have no idea how long the SEC will fight, but we think $50,000 will get us to the next level of need and should be gathered as soon as possible.

Many know Charles as an entrepreneur, a transparent and honest owner of Traffic Monsoon, a father with his son, and a generous philanthropist. He is all of these. He also needs your donations now as his funds are seized. Your donations quite possibly will mean the difference between winning and losing. My husband and I, Charles’ parents, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. When you are in need, every little bit matters greatly, and we cannot express adequately our gratitude. Thank you.
